Returns Policy

With the nature of magic being what it is, we do not accept returns on any item unless the description does not match the description upon ordering or the item sent has a fault that was not described in the description when ordering.

In order to discourage anyone from purchasing products just to find out the secret and then returning them, for instance DVDs or items such as instructions to build your own props or routines, that can be copied, we have the following rules:
Refunds for unwanted returns will not be accepted. 
All costs for returns will be bared by whoever is returning the item.
Any return must be shipped as signed for post with a tracking number to be sent to us.
We will not offer refunds on returns damaged by misguided use (intentionally or not) by whoever is returning the item.
Refunds for items damaged during delivery must adhere to the return policy as stated below.

Missing parts or replacements
If we find a matching replacement for items that may be missing a part, or do match the description, or are faulty but that fault was not identified in the description when ordering, we will replace it for you at no additional costs upon return. If there is no replacement we will refund the item costs including shipping upon return.

How we check the items listed
All items are checked for parts, functionality and any visible damage during the process of its listing on this website. The condition of each and every item is described exactly in the product description. Upon a purchase every item is once again singly checked before packing and dispatch to ensure it is delivered in the state as it was described in the listing. 

Damages During Delivery
We will refund any return that has been damaged during delivery solely by the following procedure however it is up to you to ensure to obtain the necessary documents from the delivery service that delivered the item to your door so that we can seek compensation form the postal service. In order to do this, upon delivery, please ensure that the packaging and item was not damaged by the postal service during transition due to mishandling or similar. If this has occurred, please ensure to obtain official proof from the postal service.  Only returns with official statements/documents proving that the item was damaged by the postal service will receive a full refund, including shipping fees, from our behalf.

Non Refundable Items
We do not offer refunds for any electronic media that may be downloaded from this website.
If upon examining any returned item/items we find the return to be in full working order and to the condition as described in the description, we will not be in a position to offer a refund. We will offer to send you back the item but you must bare the actual shipping costs as stated at Maltapost at that particular time.
